Distorted audio on ring 2 gen doorbell
Ring doorbell 2, gen 2
Less than a year old, was working fine for 9 months, now has distorted audio, to the point it's unintelligible to the person at door.
Video is fine, streams well, no skipping etc.
Have rebooted and reset the doorbell per guide here (inc network etc) , charged batteries and put it right next to wifi router, my router is fine and it's still bad, even playing quick replies etc
Seems like a hardware issue.. RMA possible in Australia?
My retailer has gone out of business.
