Hi @user_95897e. Which model of Ring camera is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Have you tried resetting the doorbell or camera? You can do so by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
