CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. CHAT IS NO HELP AT ALL

Question

Since signing up for a new contract after my initial 30 days was up (£7.99 a month) none of my cameras or doorbell sends notifications of movement to my phone.!. The CHAT is useless and of no help at all. Does anyone know?. I have reset all 3 devices to make sure detection alerts is ON.

Hi @user_7b95dc. As the previous commenter said, make sure the Ring app has permission to send notifications. You can check permissions in your phone's settings.
