Can I turn two factor authentication to email instead of phone?

The ring chatbot says I can, but when I go to the account verification page I don't see that option. We use ring for our workplace and it's frustrating when I have to give my employees the verification code on my days off. We also click the "stay logged in for 30 days" but it never works.

Hi @user_b71011. No, email is no longer an option for two-step verification. Verification is available either via text message, or an authenticator app: https://ring.com/gb/en/support/articles/2mmqs/setting-up-two-step-verification-for-Ring?hasLangChanged=true. The authenticator app would need to be installed on your enrolled phone or tablet.
Are you using the Ring app or Ring.com at your workplace? Are you using one phone or tablet, or multiple devices? Depending on your business needs, you might want to consider setting up Shared User access for employees: https://ring.com/gb/en/support/articles/clv68/adding-and-managing-shared-and-guest-users.
