Ring Lighting schedule - dawn offset to “on”

Please provide a method to use a scheduled offset to turn Ring lighting “on” BEFORE dawn. The use case is as follows: We prefer to have the general landscape lighting turn “off” at 11 pm (with a 30-minutes before sunset “on” schedule). We would then like to have a schedule that turns the lighting “on” 30 minutes prior to dawn. This promotes a healthier “nightime” without artificial light for 5-6 hours, while still offering us the beauty of our landscape lighting in the morning.
