Pre-Roll out of focus
When the camera senses motion, it collects the pre-roll info. Unfortunately, the first 4 seconds of pre-roll are out of focus and impossible to view any details. I contacted customer support, sent them a sample video, they confirmed it was the pre-roll, and recommended turning the pre-roll off and increasing the sensitivity, which I did. It is now not recording the entire detected motion anymore and defeats the purpose of the pre-roll. THis needs to be fixed.
