Left side of camera not detecting Motion

for some reason every single time I charge the wireless battery, i lose the ability to detect motion in one or two of motion zones created. interestingly enough though it will detect activity straight ahead, but not to left of camera. I've repositioned, rebooted, toggled on/off, redrew motion zones, contacted Support center 5-6 times, but still a mystery ! prior to recharging, the Ring works fine - so what changed ??? i dont understand why this occurs each time I charge when nothing has changed but recharging ! HELP !! Seeking advice from our community is my last resort before trashing this device.
