Motion recording freezing
The other day my doorbells randomly died. It was just over 30% battery and then randomly went too 0. But when it did the the inside chime played as if someone has rang the doorbell. Anyway fast forward I charged the doorbell but now since that it’s loosing connection if someone presses the doorbell I can’t view it live it just won’t connect. But however if I press live at any random time it works. And also motion recording it starts the recording but after maybe 2 seconds it just freezes in place no sound or anything for the rest of the 30 seconds. I’ve tried resetting everything and I’ve brought it inside too test the theory too rule out WiFi and it’s the same indoors as outdoors. The other camaras in the house are fine it’s only the doorbell. Not sure if it’s a hardware issue. Thanks for any help
