Ring 3 video door bell
Hi, my ring 3 is not picking up all the activities thru out the day. It will go almost half a day or longer with no activity. It just started doing this maybe a month or 2 ago. I have other cameras pointed in the same direction as the ring and they are picking up the activities. I have checked my settings and I have not changed any of the settings. It just seems to want to record and pickup what and whenever it wants to now. I appreciate any help with this issue.

Hi @user_0e48ef. In your Motion Settings, how do you have your Motion Frequency configured? This determines the amount of time in between recordings. Also, what is the battery level and the RSSI? How do you have your settings configured?
