I wanted to share a cautionary experience to help others avoid a recent issue I had with a screen repair “professional” I found through Neighbors platform on Ring app. Not only is the job unfinished, but the work they did perform caused additional damage to my screen enclosure that will now cost more to fix.
What is the reason Ring Administration doesn’t let such information to be shared? Why is it acceptable on this platform for such “professionals” continue their practice damaging properties and collecting money with no consequences? And people who actually became victims of this behavior can’t even warn others?
