Doorbell rings by itself if any motion
troubleshooting
We had a Door Ring Bell to “die” after 4 years. It is a sheltered Ring underneath a roofed porch. About 6 months into our new 2nd Ring, it will ring the doorbell every time there is motion detected. We have adjusted sensitivity to minimum, adjusted the detection field, etc. to no avail. We have had sub freezing weather but it should function in all weather? We need help!

Hi @user_0741e0. I would recommend factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20 seconds and then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi.
