Mailbox Sensor not notifying when low battery
I'm not getting any notifications when my Mailbox Sensor batteries get low or die.
I checked my Android app settings and all notifications for the app are allowed.
I checked the Ring app and do not see any options to toggle notifications for either the Bridge or the Mailbox Sensor.

This setting is already set to enabled, so that is not the problem. Anything else I can try? Thank you

THi @user_1fedc9. What version of the Ring app is installed? What specific Android phone do you have? Is this the only device that gives you trouble with notifications? Have you toggled this setting off, rebooted your phone, then toggled it on? Thanks for this information.

URing 3.93.1. Both on a Pixel 7 and Pixel 9 Pro, and I don't see any updates in the Play Store for the app on either device.
I will try toggling off and on on both devices, but batteries are fresh so it will probably be quite a while before I know if that fixed the issue.

Hi @user_1fedc9. To enable low battery notifications for your Mailbox Sensor, follow these steps:
Open the Ring app and tap the three-bar menu icon on the top left side of the Dashboard.
Select "Settings" from the menu.
Tap on "Alerts Settings."
Choose "Lights" from the options.
Toggle on the "Low Battery" option.
Tap "Save" to confirm your changes.
I hope this helps.
