Camera stopped working

I am disgusted. My rear security spotlight camera abruptly went off line. I took batteries out and fully charged. I have tried 11 times over 4 days to go through the steps to reconnect. Will not connect to wifi. (everything else in house on wifi working). Called in for support to try to get help today. The man walked me through the same steps I have repeatedly done. Then he tells me he needs the qr code on the back of the device!!!It's mounted high on the wall for security so someone can't easily take it down! I have been on a stepladder to try to get it to work. Now I have to have a handyman come and take it down to know the qr code! What's the point of having an account?When handyman comes I will be having him put up another system. This support is non existent.
