Doorbell has a solid white ring light. Doorbell is not hard wired and it is still on no matter how much battery it has. It’s been charging for hours shows a full charge but the light is still on. I have tried calling customer support many times but it just cuts me off. Also no helpful answers on the FAQs

Hi all

I have a Bitron Video system. I followed the installation guide (according to the app i should connect only three wires) but without success. I believe that I'm doing something wrong.

I need some help how to connect the correct wires. I leave some pictures of my current connections

"I don't know what your Bitron model is. In my case, it's the Bitron MV1000, and the solution I found was to connect C2 to pin C, C4 + C7 to piece 1, configure and change the Bitron to URMET 1133-XXXXXXXXXX 2wire Try it and let me know if it works. Best regards, Nuno Lopes"
