Unable to sign back into App after factory reset due to two factor authentication
Hello
I am a Ring customer, I am hugely frustrated as unable to speak to anyone to sort out my problem
I have a Ring account that I cannot sign in with - I created a new account to be able to post this message
I know my password
I had to perform a factory reset of my phone so I need to log back into Ring, however, whilst I can enter my username and password I cannot provide the code from Authenticator to provide the second part of the two part authentication
I am going around in circles and it seems there is no way whatsoever to get out of this loop
What are my options ???
I have posted that to Ring.com on X - no response, this is utterly terrible customer service.

Hi @user_f6796d. If you are still logged into your Ring account on a different phone or computer, you can generate a verification code from the Control Center. If that is not an option, then I would recommend contacting our support team directly by calling one of the numbers here to see what can be done regarding account access.
