Can't change Ring app mode to Away on iPhone

Hi, Please can you help? In the Ring app I can't change the mode to Away on an iPhone. On the main screen is as below & I can't the Home/Away mode. FYI - they are a shared user. Also it would be good to have an auto-arm feature based on the Geo-Fence info. Neos did it & that's now a defunct product. Thanks Tim

Hi @user_18ec3b. Are you the Owner of the Ring devices, and do you have a Ring Home plan? An active subscription is required for access to Modes.

Hi @user_18ec3b. Have you enabled Modes for the Cameras? Modes for Cameras are not automatically enabled.
