Panic Alarm emergency contacts

I am set as the first emergency contact in my household.I am thinking of purchasing a panic alarm to put next to my bed for medical or security emergencies.Can I change the order of the panic alarm emergency contacts? It seems kind of pointless if I’m having a break in or heart attack and press the panic button and I’m the first person it calls.
