Shared access
I have removed someone from the access list on my doorbell. I have just found out that they are still able to see the property. How can I remedy this? I have 2 second gen doorbells.

Hi @user_61fbf4. Do you have them added as a Shared User on both Ring Doorbells? In the Ring app navigate to Settings > Users & Pets > tap on this Shared User and ensure their access is toggled off for each Doorbell. You can also select the Remove User option if you want to remove them completely.
