Hi,I have a ring doorbell and chime and I have issues with the notifications. My wifi signal I think is fine (between -60 and -70 dBm), the live view is perfect however I can't get any notification (neither ring or motion). It was ok earlier.What I've tried so far- register again chime and doorbell- creating a separated SSID for this (only 2.4 Ghz, advanced things turned off)- moving the doorbell to another (non-Unifi) access point- contacting support but they just performed the same with me as I already did before... actually Ring support is one of the worst one I ever worked with, especially with this stupid policy you cannot write to them, only long and boring phone support available)I'm really considering to forget the whole Ring brand and replace this doorbell with some wired one even if I have to pull a new UTP cable for this...

    Hi @vladx. Are the Doorbell and Chime setup under the same user account? For example, if you are a Shared User for the Doorbell, but you set the Chime up with your account, you'll run into this issue.
