Doorbell calls
Hello - Hello - just a quick question - I was on the home basic plan plan which currently changed its name to Ring solo - apparently Ring solo features “doorbell calls” but when I want to turn on this functionality I get information (feature locked) that I need Ring Protect plan - the only choice of plans in currently Ring Solo/Ring Multi/ Ring AI Pro. I have already uninstalled the app / log out / logged in, ect... Thank you

Experiencing the same issue. Have also tried all the instuctions given by the bot.

I too am on the ring multi plan and have feature locked. Spoke with ring tech service who say the feature is locked as its not on the multi plan...I argued that it is as plain as day on the plan and states doorbell calls...where can I escalate as its false advertising and I have been paying for a service I am not getting?
