Hello all, Q.1. Ring says i have a weak signal, have Virgin broadband 100 and a WiFi extender?? Q.2. What do I exactly need to wire in the bell from scratch?? Thank you, Gepuk2001
Hi @Gepuk2001. If you are having a weak signal, first try to reboot your wifi by turning your router off for 3 minutes, then turning it back on. This can improve the quality of your internet and cause you to end up with a stronger signal. To wire the Doorbell from scratch, we will first need to know what model Doorbell it is you have. Also, do you have a chime kit in your home? A great solution could be our [Ring Plug-In Adapter](https://en-uk.ring.com/products/plug-in-adapter-for-ring-video-doorbell-pro).
