Two ring cameras- one only speaker works and cannot hear

Two ring cameras, one in front and one in back. Audio fine for one in back, very clear and loud as needed. Front camera speaker works fine as people can hear me but I can’t hear a thing. Clearly not an internet, WiFi, modem, or other nonsense suggestion by ring support. All settings identical to back yard camera that works fine. Other issues such as battery loss on back camera even though this has very few alerts. Front one battery lasts 10x times longer with it picking up the daily mail carrier and dog walkers and cars pulling into driveway uninvited to use as a turn around. Such inconsistency in quality is ridiculous.
