Screw spinning when trying to remove

When I try to remove the screws, one comes out easily. The other one seems to be just spinning as if the housing it screws into is spinning with it. Any ideas

If the screw housing appears to be spinning when you try to remove the security screw on your Ring, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available[here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). It sounds like our support team will need to review the [warranty](https://shop.ring.com/pages/warranty) on your device and see if it qualifies for a replacement if the screw cannot be successfully removed.
