I’m having the same problem - constant disconnects via ring.com in a browser. Sometimes it disconnects in a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes. No discernable pattern. Very annoying.

CHi @Frank_Ring. We have a list of compatible web browsers here. Make sure you’re using a compatible browser that is updated to the required version. Using a VPN or private/incognito browsing modes might impact the Live View. Try using a different web browser to see if the issue is isolated to one browser or if it persists.

Hi @user_64836c. There are some troubleshooting steps listed in my previous reply. I'd also suggest downloading a different web browser and trying Live View with the default browser settings. Ensure the device you're accessing Live View on has a strong internet connection.

I would like to see a auto reconnect feature added. If there are things outside of our control this is at least something Ring can do.
