Hello I have a Ring Home Standard Plan.

One of my devices, a Ring Wired Doorbell Pro, keeps getting disconnected. I purchased this device on June 17, 2025 from Amazon.
It has been hardwired though a transformer. The first time that it disconnected, I has able to reconnect through the app on my Samsung Galaxy 23Ultra phone. A few days later, it disconnected again. I ordered a new transformer (Ring Plug-in adaptor) from Amazon. I was still having problems. I called Ring Support as they attempted to help reconnect. After almost an hour,  we were able to reconnect, but it only stayed connected for 2 hours. 
I have used my home WIFI (which is only 10 feet away from the unit) as well as a Ring Chime Network (about 20 feet away). It is the same on both.
When it is disconnected, I use the Ring app  to reconnect. It will get to the part about allowing the phone to connect to the Ring network, but the network will not appear, I have also tried this with another Samsung phone.
None of my other devices are having issues with my network or my Ring Chime Network,. I have checked the power and it is 24volts. I do believe that my device is faulty.

    Hi @user_f14605. Does the Ring Pro enter Setup Mode? If you go to your phones settings, are you able to see the Ring Network in the list of wifi networks? If so, try connecting to it manually. You can find additional setup information here.
