- TI have a similar problem on my Galaxy S20. I copied everything off my old Galaxy S7 using Smart Switch but can no longer get video. Even the S7 won't access the doorbell anymore either. What do I do? My sons iphone 8 can access the doorbell video so I know it isn't a doorbell or network issue. Is there a factory reset so I can start over?•

CHi @TheEEL. Are you signed into the same Ring account that you set your devices up under? Do you see the Doorbell listed in your Ring App but you're unable to access the Live View? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you're seeing in the Ring App as that may help other members of the Community see what you're seeing on your end. :)•0

I was experiencing the same issue. The problem I was running into was that Ring Neighbors ALSO requires a log in that can be separate from the Ring app/devices itself.
I used the non-Neighbors email and all was well.

Has anyone found the answer yet? I just got a new phone, and while the app recognizes my name when I login, my home address and ring devices are gone. I share access with my husband’s email, but I’m the owner of the account and devices. I fear that if I start all over, it’ll boot him off the access he currently has. Also, why is this a recurring issue with so many users? People get new phones all the time. What a horrible glitch.
