Network issues: ring doorbell

I bought this at the Micro Center in town and I’ve been trying to set it up on my WiFi home network but it’s not wanting to connect. Nothing has changed. No special characters except in the WiFi password. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but I got an error code p1-65 and p1-99. I spent $100 on this, and another $80 on a different camera that also gave the same code.I restarted my router and the cameras several times. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
