I am posting here because I have exhausted the normal customer service channels and would like someone from Ring to please take ownership of this matter.

I purchased a Ring Outdoor Camera 4-Pack Solar in Australia for A$579 during Ring's promotion that included a free Battery Video Doorbell.

The doorbell was not supplied.

Since then, I have contacted Ring customer service multiple times by phone and have also sent multiple emails, including a formal written escalation.

Most importantly, during one of my calls, a Ring representative explicitly confirmed that I was eligible for the promotional doorbell and committed that it would be sent to me. I have retained an audio recording of that conversation.

Despite all of this, the doorbell has still not arrived and my written escalations have not resulted in a resolution.

This is not about the monetary value of the doorbell. It is about a customer having to spend an unreasonable amount of time chasing a very simple commitment that Ring itself has already acknowledged.

I do not want to make another call to a call centre and repeat the entire history again.

I am simply asking for someone from Ring who has the authority to resolve this to please take ownership of the case, review the existing history and arrange dispatch of the doorbell that was promised.

I would appreciate a written response and resol
