Intermittent live view failures since 6/11/24
Since late on 6/10 My ring pro (battery plus hardwire) has failed at random to go to live view, connect at all or sometimes work normally. Battery is above 90 and ssi strength is -48. Was a new firmware released and could that be the issue?

The issue is constant since last firmware update. Only way i can get it online is iphone hotspot with compat mode enabled.

C@user_300d09 Is it possible something has changed with your wireless network? Check that the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open, and try changing the router channel. Hi @user_300d09. If the issue is only happening intermittently, it might be intermittent wifi interruptions. If you haven't done so in awhile, I'd recommend rebooting your router according to the instructions provided by your internet service provider. You can also reboot your Ring Doorbell using the reboot option on the Device Health page.
