Hi @Nasha86uk. Thank you for sharing a video example of the issue you're experiencing. I'd recommend trying a quick reboot first by using the [reboot option](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) on the Device Health page in the Ring app. This should only take a few moments, and can help clear up performance issues. If the reboot doesn't fix this, then you may need to try a full reset and fresh setup. You can reset your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Test out the audio via the Live View to see if that's resolved this. I was having similar audio quality issues. For me, it was actually the silver cover causing the issue. The thin membrane on the sides was vibrating and acting like a kazoo making the audio impossible to understand. A test you can do is remove the cover and see if the audio quality improves, it did for me.
