Ring Video Doorbell

Confused by lack of info.
I received an order confirmation on 8/12/2025. I was told the whole order would be delivered on 8/20/2025. I received the doorbell chime, by itself, on 8/17/2025. Now I have not received any updates as to the status of the actual doorbell. I do not see how relevant it is to send just the chime without the doorbell. I just want to know what is happening. It would be nice if Ring could have a method to somehow send a message from a customer to the company directly without being put on hold or dealing with a useless AI chat bot, maybe something like a system similar to email.
