Can't Get Alerts On Iphone

Hi, I've can't get alerts on my iPhone. I was getting alerts on my android phone and have rung Ring to check that there's no problem their end (there's not) so am at a bit of a loss. I've been through all my iPhone settings and can't work out what I might be doing wrong. Has anyone else had this problem (and hopefully solved it!). Thanks for any advice you can give.

We have some troubleshooting tips and tricks for notifications in our Community post [here](https://community.ring.com/t/how-to-troubleshoot-ring-notifications-on-ios-and-android-devices/131556). That post should walk you through all of the possible causes for why you may not be receiving notifications and provide steps on what to do to resolve this. I hope this helps! :)

Thanks very much for this. All sorted. It was a notification tucked away in my settings that I hadn't turned on.
