after change fully charged battery to doorbell, it's still state only 10% in the mobile app and can't have live
troubleshooting

Same problem here. Swapped to a fully charged battery and it still says 9%. I tried setting it to "Home, Disarmed, Away, etc." and it stills show 9% and I can no longer see live view due to it being at "9%". What kind alarm system makes you "Set up a new device" everything I swap out batteries?

    Hi @user_652a53. I recommend factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi. Try rebooting your router as well.
