shift the cameras to other account
troubleshooting
hiI have ring cameras on an old account and i deleted them from this account and i created a new account i tried to add the cameras there and when i tried to transfer the devices gave me a message, I need to wait 15 days or more how can I setup the cameras direct with my new account and purchase plan

Hi @user_e5a253. I recommend making sure you have correctly removed the Cameras from your old account. This Help Center page will guide you on how to do so.
