No sound output on Ring device. Also siren doesnt play
troubleshooting
My sound doesnt play on the ring device when speaking into the feature in the app. Also the siren sounds are not played in case of any emergency.

Hi @user_786821. Which Ring device is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. For Ring Doorbells and Cameras, you need to tap the microphone icon on the Live View to use the two-way audio. For Cameras that have a siren, the siren can only be manually activated via the Ring app. It will not automatically sound.
