Motion warning not working

My Ring indoor cam 2nd Gen lost the motion warning feature and a camera hard reset appeared to fix it. A hard reset is press and hold the top button for 60 seconds (no less) before you let go. Allow it to reboot to a slow flashing blue LED. Go to device help in the ring APP>device health>change network and re-enter your wifi credentials if needed. Go to the ring app and review the motion warning status and verify it is ON. Then go to motion settings>smart alerts, and set the alert types as desired. FYI....I found that if I didn't have vehicle alert enabled, the camera would not always activate the motion alert from my body motion when I walked around my car. I set person, vehicle, and other motion to ON and the motion alert is always activated with motion detection. You can test this in your environment to verify things are working as you expect.
