Hi @RawsonHome. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try when the floodlights on your Floodlight Cam are flickering. First, try a full power cycle by disconnecting the Floodlight Cam from power for at least one to two minutes. Afterwards, reconnect the Floodlight Cam to power and test out the lights. If they're still flickering, you can reset the Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is done, set the Camera back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
