DPD label
I've been back and forth with customer service via the app & via 'X'.
They've sent me a new camera as my last one was faulty, I've received this and fully installed it, its fully working which is great.
BUT!!!!!!!!!!!
These customer service employees keep sending me a return label to return my faulty label from UPS which WONT WORKING as I'm in the UK!
I've been told to let the customer service team know that I'm indeed from the UK but they don't seem to understand and continue to send me UPS.
I've been going back and forth regarding this for over a week and it's becoming draining!!!!!!
All i want is a pre-paid DPD label so I can send the faulty item back, surely that's not a hard job?

I had same issue with the link only giving US addresses. I went direct on UPS website and searched for nearest drop off access point (they are royal mail lockers) using the barcode it printed me a label and placed in locker. They don't explain this very well and even speaking to customer service they did not help. Hope you get sorted :)
