Hi @GREGJHEMAUER. Based on the lights you're describing, it sounds like you have a Spotlight Cam Battery, is that correct? If so, the solid red light on the battery compartment indicates that the battery is connected and not on a low charge. I'd suggest resetting the Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds, while the fully-charged battery is inserted. Try to set the Camera up in the Ring App again after completing this reset. Should this concern persist and you're unable to get the Spotlight Cam reconnected, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available[here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
