24/7 recording option
troubleshooting
I added a new device to my existing ones and then upgraded to the premium option: I can change my video settings to the record 24/7 setting for my other floodlight wired pro but I don’t have that video setting on the newly added device.

Hi @user10246. What is the new device that you added? The 24/7 Recording feature is not available on every device. You can reference a list of cameras this feature is available on here https://ring.com/gb/en/support/articles/wtr7r/24-7-recording-security-cams?hasLangChanged=true.
