I just renewed my Ring Doorbell Basic Plan this month and for some reason all the videos my doorbell ring camera captures are gone by the next morning and I’m not deleting them nor is anyone else and I just want to know why it keeps doing that.

    Hi @aquino0413. I'd suggest checking the [Video Storage Time](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047871752-Understanding-and-Adjusting-Your-Video-Storage-Time-), as you may have it set to 1 day. This means videos will be automatically deleted after 1 day, but you can change the Video Storage Time to whichever time frame you prefer.

      I checked the storage and it’s set for 180 days until they delete. I don’t know what else could be affecting it
