DUPLICATE ACCOUNT NO HELP
Duplicate Account asks you to remove devices start all over again .......... IM ELDERLY THIS IS SIMPLE ,NO CONTROL OR ACESS EVER GRANTED YOUR SYSTEM REPLIES DEVICES ARE REGISTERED TO ANOTHER ACCT NO PROBLEM O YEA THEY ARE FULL OF HEAD GAMES PAID FOR DUPLICATE ACCT I WAS TRYING TO VIEW OM MY ALEXA WHAT A DAY STILL ON HOLD W RING MY WIFE MAYBE CAN DEAL WITH IT NICE HUH MAKES FOR A GREAT EVENING THANKS RING ILL BE GOING TO REOLINK..........

Hi @user_47c3db. Can you explain more about your "duplicate account"? Is this a duplicate Location? Have you created multiple accounts using different emails? What are you trying to accomplish? Are you setting up a device? I'd love to be able to assist you, I just need a bit more information.
