Due to ongoing technical issues, all of my video recordings from the past year have been permanently erased. As a result, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and no longer see value in continuing my subscription.I am formally requesting the immediate cancellation of my account and a full refund.Please confirm receipt of this request and advise on next steps.
