I have just paid for the annual Basic Plan for this year which commenced end January 2025. I want to replace my ring doorbell. I understand that I have to create a new basic plan for the new doorbell. Would a proportion of what I have already paid be transferred to the new plan?

Hi @Nathaniel. No. You will want to cancel the Basic plan attached to the old Ring Doorbell, as it cannot be transferred to the new Ring Doorbell. When you cancel a plan, you'll receive a prorated refund for the unused time. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process to your payment method.
