Snapshots not working
My ring doorbell (gen 2) has been trouble since I purchased it. I have had to reset it 3 times so far for different things. The newest one is my Snapshots are not working, I have tried everything. The only thing that has changed with this is adding a solar powered ring charger….has anyone else had any issues?
I phoned the helpline who were not really helpful and just said they will pass it onto be looked into. That was ages ago. I’m paying for a service that is clearly flawed.
