Ring Widget on iPhone 16 Pro

I recently upgraded my phone. I have 2 Ring devices. In the widget page, the doorbell widget displays as “doorbell “ and functions correctly. My Pro Cam widget functions properly, but the widget doesn’t display with its name, just “Ring, tap and hold.” When I hold it, it asks me to add a device, but the camera is not listed. Anybody? Thanks!

Hi @user_f40282. Are you the Owner or Shared User of the Ring camera? Which specific model of camera is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. I'd also suggest removing the widget, then adding it back again.
