No Video Previews on cellular connection
I consistently get video previews in the notifications on my device when I am connected to Wi-Fi, but they are missing when connected through cellular/mobile. I get a notification but without the video preview or thumbnail. I am using a Pixel 10, Android 16, latest version of the app, and the Ring Protect Pro free trial.
I have a solid Wi-Fi connection for my Ring devices and a solid cellular connection for my phone. Is there some setting that I missed?

Nothing that will restrict any apps with mobile data. I have not had any problems with any other apps with respect to a cellular connection (not even with Google Home that sends video previews as well). I hope we can resolve this soon so I don't have to return all the Ring devices I just bought. Thanks.

Hi @craigify. Given that the video previews are working correctly when your phone is connected to wifi, the issue does seem to be isolated to your cellular connection. What settings and options do you have for mobile data on your phone? Is there anything that might restrict app features or processes?
