Ring Doorbell Plus goes Offline every 5 or 6 days.

I've had two Battery Doorbell Plus's replaced in 6 weeks, hardwired for the doorbell and trickledown charging (which doesn't appear to work very well or at all). The problem is that they go Offline with no Live Video or movement recordings. The router signal RSSI is solid and good. Battery loses about 10% charge every 24 hours. The old Ring Doorbell 2 continued to work for over 2 years with only one battery recharging. I have two Ring Motion Detector Flood Lights in the backyard that are a couple of years old and they still work as expected and use the same 2.4Ghz network. Is this a common problem with the new Ring Doorbell Plus and is there a workaround?
