Chime not working

Question

Our Ring chime is 7 days old and can no longer connect and staying offline.I have rebooted my modem multiple times, plugged the chime into several different outlets. Restarted the chime and it still will not connect.I'm guessing it's faulty

Hi @user_6e7a78. The main troubleshooting steps available for the Ring Chime are to plug it into a different outlet, and to reset the Chime by holding down the button on the side for 15 seconds. After those steps, try setting the Chime up in the Ring app again using the steps under Set Up a Device.
