4 X Chime 1. gen. has failed

I have 4 Chime that has failed, in two different houses, so no issues with WIFI, they suddenly stop working.
I have tried reset, and hard reset, with no luck. Does Ring have some solution, for this ?

Hi @user_441d9f. When attempting to connect, what light pattern do you notice on the Chime? Do you get a specific error when connecting to wifi?
